Where do I start?

What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. You will retain your session credit. No-show or last-minute reschedules (24 hrs or less) will result in the loss of the session credit and you will be charged for the full cost of your session.
How often should I book my sessions?
This depends entirely on your circumstances, goals, and availability.
For assisted stretch: Weekly sessions are a great place to start! Once a week gives your body plenty of time to rest and recover in between sessions while steadily building up your tension tolerance and setting you up to begin progressions to further increase flexibility & mobility. Consistency is key!
For reiki: Whether once a week or once a month, reiki energy is beneficial no matter how often or how little you experience it. More frequent sessions are recommended for clients dealing with chronic pain, phase of life transitions, and grief. Reiki is a great add-on to your stretch session for overall mind body spirit healing.
Can I book an in-home session as a new client?
In-home sessions are available for existing clients only. Not sure if you’re an existing client? Reach out to Abbie directly for clarification! ☺︎︎
What do I need for in-home sessions?
A clear open space. Any props or blankets that make you feel comfortable. Abbie will bring a massage table, speaker, and additional equipment required for your session. Please make sure your space is clear and ready to be used for setup at least 10 minutes prior to your session time.
