Your journey starts with a 15-minute consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, I’ll design a personalized plan tailored to your body’s needs—whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just looking to move with more ease and confidence. Each of your 8 assisted stretch sessions will be adapted to your progress, combining hands-on stretching and Melt Method® fascial techniques to target your unique movement patterns. Plus, your weekly at-home exercises, journal prompts, and affirmations are all chosen specifically to support your physical and emotional recovery, ensuring you make consistent, meaningful progress every step of the way.

You’ll have one 60-minute assisted stretch session each week, plus a short virtual check-in (about 10–15 minutes) to track your progress and answer any questions. The at-home exercises are designed to be simple and effective, taking around 10–15 minutes a day, depending on your schedule and energy level. In total, you can expect to commit about 2–3 hours per week to the program—including sessions, check-ins, and exercises—making it easy to fit into a busy schedule while still seeing meaningful progress.

Sessions will primarily take place at Balance Arts Center in Midtown Manhattan. However, if you prefer the convenience of in-home sessions, they are available for an additional $100 per session. You can also mix and match between in-home and Balance Arts sessions depending on your preferences, but the default location is at the studio unless the additional fee applies.

As for the weekly exercises, they’re designed to be flexible and manageable, but if you find yourself falling behind or needing extra time, we can adjust your plan to fit your pace.
